Default Navigation screen issues

I was wondering if anyone has had the issue I am having with my touch screen...here is an example with the radio, I touch the left side of my fm presets and the right side ones are coming up. I touch the left side and the right side reacts?? Same with climate and info screens. Its been this way for a month and i can't really use anything. i am wondering if my whole screen is going (which I hope not cause it seems expensive) Anyone can relate to this or can point me in the right direction?

I wonder if this is not a screen registration issue. Is someone playing a joke on you? There should be a screen adjustment menu somewhere that allows you to re-calibrate the touch screen. Something like touch the middle, now upper left corner, upper right, etc. If someone did this in reverse, the screen would respond in reverse. Got any teenagers at home :-)
