Is this a good deal?
Is this worth it? Keep in mind im in Canada and our vehicle prices are about 10% higher here...

Not a good deal
You could find a better deal. 30k is too much for a 2005 with >50k miles.
Keep looking and you will find a better deal!
BTW, I do not really like the color though and I got my 2004 GX with 27k miles for 25k.

Remarkable odometer! My 2005 of has the Sports Package and was at 58,000 when I bought it in 2010 for about $22,000. Factor in all the man-hours I spent trying to find it, and a seemingly exceptional price gets tempered a bit! The GX you are considering is highly optioned - probably KDSS, and small details like interior, roof rack and wheel trim are the only difference. I would think that in Canada with the low miles, the asking price is within reason for a dealer. FYI, mine was a dealer trade and they put it on their lot for $31,000 in September of 2010. Too high I think, even for Lexus of Santa Monica. They had a GX glut and sent some to auction due to slightly higher mileage. I scored it for $21-something via a friend's NV dealer license, but there were some fees on top. That truck at that time probably should have been priced more like 27-29 at a dealer, in my opinion. But I always consider dealer asking price as "too much." So with the miles and Canada factor, yours in the ballpark for window sticker. Having played in the car game as a hobby (mostly wholesale auction buying), I guarantee they have a big margin built in to what that GX cost them. I hate to mention a number, but I'd shoot for considerably lower in the actual deal. Looks like a very nice truck. Best of luck!

I would say it depends on how clean it is and what maintenance has been done. I would expect it to be PERFECT. I'm sure you can always find something for less money but how much money to you have to spend after you buy it?? If you can get into it without doing anything then it's worth it. Not sure if you can find out what has been done to it, but that could make all the difference in the world.

Here is the problem. There is like 3 of these for sale within 500km of my house lol. And its 30k miles not 55...Canadian Black book pegs it at $24k but these always sell over book value due to how rare they come up for sale here..I wish I lived in the US where they are a dime a dozen
