Default Would you buy this 07?

Hello all,

Came across this truck. 07 Blizzard pearl, Navi, ML, DVD with 80k. Clean but not perfect. The MSRP for this one was close to 56k. My offer was $25k but dealer wanted $27k.

What do you think?

for reference, I got my 08 with 62k miles and perfectly clean for 30k flat. All the options except KDSS

Without seeing the one you want to buy , I wouldnt be able to make a real fair comparison.

I see that yours is 18k miles less and 1 year newer and you got it for $5k more. I think this is a fair price for the car. It is clean but not perfect since it is 5 years old and 80k. got everything except the KDSS.

go for it. The only reason I jumped on mine is because the NADA priced it out to 36-38k retail.

Yeah, I'll take it for 30k!

Im a proponent of the TMV on edmunds.com. That should give you a good idea of value, along with your own perception.

insurance companies use NADA, which is what I'm concerned about. If my car gets stolen or wrecked, I want to know that I wont be upside down because I went with a different appraisal system then the insurance company.

I use State Farm, and I know for a fact they use NADA when paying anyone out on anything.

take that for what it's worth

I like the numbers from the NADA, But Edmunds is closer to what you would actually pay for the truck. My 04 loaded silver pine with 84k with NAV/ML is like $26-28k on NADA, Edmonds had it more reasonable at $24-25k
