Titanium VS Silver Pine

Titanium VS Silver Pine
All this talk about spoilers has me itching to get one. I can pick one up from Sewell for $375, but they don't have my color from 2004 (silver pine). They do have Titanium, which looks awfully similar. Can someone confirm if it is the same color?

I have the 2008, Titianium, it is paint code 1D4, you should be able to check with an automotive paint store, to see if both colors are the same, just different names. Surprised that Sewell couldn't answer that question.
I got mine from spoilercentral on ebay for about $160.00 +/-. You can read my posts on the spoiler recent post, to tell the difference installation. I was wrong, in that the second set of holes will not show, they will end up behind the vinyl trim, at the top of the back window.
The main difference, other than fiberglass (Sewell) vs abs (most spoiler adds on ebay) is that Sewell gives you the cap to cover the original high tailight, and that the bottom two holes on Sewell only go through the outer skin. They give you two snap lock connectors/ pop rivets, for the lower holes. No need to take off interior trim.
Mine was painted to order. Delivered in three days. Finish was better than expected, just have to get up the nerve to start drilling holes. I will use a "unibit" (variable size hole drill bit) not a standard twist drill, for drilling the holes. A standard twist drill, will grab, when you go through the sheet metal. Fairly simple install. I will post pictures on the other thread, when I do the install.
Other note, my new led light in the spoiler is white, until you step on the brake, it turns red. I notice a lot of GX's with the white light, so there must be a lot of after market spoilers added.
I was quoted $400.00, from the dealer, when I bought my car used last year, to have a spoiler added. So at that price, they were not going to use OEM, they were going to buy the aftermarket abs spoiler and install it.

Not the same color. Ive parked beside a newer GX (judging by the clear signal taillights) and I have silver pine metallic and the titanium looks a little darker and grayer. the silver pine metallic has a very slight green hue- hence the "pine".

cdew002 Started a new thread Spoiler install, non factory. Two things to note. The brake light is white or clear, illuminates red when stepping on the brake. I checked with Sewell a month ago, before ordering mine off Ebay, they didn't have my Titianium silver in stock. Otherwise, I would have ordered from them.
