Nav/Sound system
Has anyone replaced the entire factory Nav and sound system? I've got an 03 and thats about the only thing I've never like on the GX470, if so can you give me part # and the install issues encountered. Thanks

Here is the short answer:
If you do not have factory navigation, your best bet is to replace with an after market system. This will require you to replace the head unit, amplifier, speakers and all of the wiring. It's not a cheap or quick job but it's not very difficult. Sourcing a color matched dash kit is the biggest challenge. Retrofitting the factory system is not cost effective compared to the performance of an after market solution.
If you do have factory navigation, then your pretty much stuck with it.
