Now that I've decided to keep the GX, I need to take it to the Toyota dealer for a tranny drain & refill. I do tow and it is probably overdue.
First, is it OK to have the Toyota dealer do this? I have had them do oil changes and other minor stuff in the past.
Second, I want to be sure they use the correct fluid and process. Did the 2004 use the World Standard? Will Toyota know the proper procedure? (I don't know if it is the same procedure as Toyota's with the same tranny).
