Off-topic, but how much did that set you back? Mine is taking a similar beating and I'm contemplating getting it done.

My 2004 model has 131K miles on it. Bought it brand new.Park in garage. Don't do 4 wheeling. 80% freeway miles. Operate in non-extreme temp(55-70s average the whole year)

Timing belt, water pump replaced at about 110K
Fixed the clunking problem per lexus TSB in 2005
Passenger mirror not going back to previous position after back up car.
Replaced battery once.
Had leaking CV boots on both sides, did a poor man fix, used zip tie to correct which prevented grease from escaping when rig was under 100K(so check your CV boot when doing oil change).
Replaced windsheld with aftermarket one that was caused by rock.
Radiator has a very minor leak(action needed if it gets worst).

Good luck all.

If I read correctly, your 2 sets of brakes lasted almost 170k miles?!
