Navi Prob?

Default Navi Prob?
My navigation screen now displays the following:
"A program cannot be read. Please consult to a dealer"

I can still access my radio/cd/aux areas and adjust those controls, as well as a/c. However, I have nothing when it comes to Navigation. Do y'all have any suggestions? Do I need to replace the navi cd?

I would pop out the CD/clean and reinsert first---if that doesnt work you prob need a new one as something went south on that one!!

Thanks, I will definitely do that. Have any suggestions on a place other than the dealer to get the navi cd?
