Mirror started wigging out
So I was driving my wife to dinner the other night, it was about 30* F out and the mirror started making a clicking noise (of course, I had no clue it was the mirror until I stopped and looked around). Sure enough, the mirror was clicking and the display was going back and forth between the "188" (the start-up display) and "NW" or "W" or whatever direction we were traveling in.
Obviously the clicking noise is a relay, but why is it doing this? Do I need a new homelink mirror? It stopped for a day, and then started acting up again the next day. Similar weather conditions. Guessing the mirror is just on its way out...just means it's something else for me to fix.

The mirror relay is in lower kick panel, I would doubt you would hear it click. Also check connections to the mirror, sometimes it can get loose and such that would be where the clicking comes from.

It was definitely a clicking around the mirror itself. Hoping/sounding like it's just loose wiring then. Thanks for the info.
