Yes; I've actually read all the threads on this but my NAV does not follow what Sewell shows or what other threads explain. The DVD box on the 07 has a lever you can push that is "springy". It moves inward on the left side but doesn't slide anywhere like the instructions state. Also, there is no DVD door that opens just a slot for a DVD. I assume pressing this the correct way will expel the DVD from the drive and then allow the new one to go in.
Of course, I have tried to push left and right, hold in, etc. but no DVD movement.
I'm sure someone has done this but what's the trick for getting the DVD out?
**Issue resolved**
The "push" button was stuck and needed some extra effort and attempts to free-up from its position. There is no door on this drive but the DVD ejected after the 20th or 30th attempt of pushing and sliding to the LEFT, which was the only possible direction.

There are two steps - slide the door and push eject button
