Lexus Link
You're in an accident . . . out of gas . . . locked out of your car. . . or your car is stolen. What do you do next? Your Lexus Link Advisor is available 24 hours a day to help you in an emergency.

Basic Package
Emergency Services: If you need emergency services, such as an ambulance, press the Lexus Link Emergency button. You will be connected to a Lexus Link Advisor who will assess the situation, then contact emergency personnel about your circumstances and provide your location.

Airbag Deployment Notification: If your airbag deploys, your Lexus Link system automatically sends a signal to the Lexus Link Center. An Advisor attempts to contact you and, if appropriate, alerts emergency personnel of your situation and location.

Roadside Assistance: If you run out of gas, have a flat tire or need to be towed, press your Lexus Link Services button. Your Advisor will contact Lexus Roadside Service, provide your exact location and let you know when help will arrive.3

Theft Notification and Stolen Vehicle Tracking: If the theft-deterrent system on your Lexus vehicle is activated, your Lexus Link system automatically sends a signal to the Lexus Link Center and an Advisor attempts to contact you to see if the alarm is valid. If your car has been stolen, your Lexus Link Advisor will locate and track your Lexus to aid the authorities in the recovery of your vehicle.

Remote Door Lock/Unlock: If you're locked out of your Lexus vehicle, or are concerned that you may have left your Lexus vehicle unlocked, you can call Lexus Link, toll-free, and ask an Advisor to use remote functions to unlock or lock your car.

Accident Assistance: If you are in an accident, your Lexus Link Advisor will assist you in collecting the information you'll need for insurance documentation.

Automatic Notification of Loss of Battery: If you experience a sudden loss of battery voltage when your ignition is on, your Lexus Link system automatically sends a signal to the Lexus Link Center. A Lexus Link Advisor will attempt to contact you and will then contact an emergency or automotive service provider as needed, telling them where you are.

Automatic Notification of Airbag System Failure: Your Lexus Link system monitors your Lexus vehicle's Body Electrical Area Network and can detect a possible airbag system failure. If this should occur, your Lexus Link system automatically sends a signal to the Lexus Link Center. An Advisor will contact you, apprise you of the situation and, if needed, direct you to the nearest Lexus dealer for diagnosis.


Premium Package
With the Lexus Link Premium Package,4 you get all the benefits of the Safety And Security Package, plus Route Support, Convenience Services, Concierge Services and Ride Assist.

Route Support: If you're lost, press the Lexus Link Services button and your Lexus Link Advisor will use Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) system technology and digital maps to determine where you are and give you clear directions. You can even record these directions using the Memo Record button on the Lexus Link panel.

Convenience Services: If you need to find a place of business - such as the closest hotel, ATM or service station - press the Lexus Link Services button and your Lexus Link Advisor will use up-to-the-moment listings to direct you to your destination.

Concierge Services: If you need help making arrangements, your Lexus Link Advisor can use your credit card number to make reservations or purchases by phone, such as gifts or concert tickets. Your Advisor can even take care of party planning or catering, or schedule personal salon services. This service is available on the road and from home.

Ride Assist: If, for any reason, you are unable to drive or your Lexus vehicle isn't functioning, your Lexus Link Advisor can contact a cab or, if a cab isn't available, a friend or relative who can give you a ride.
