Curious to find out if other people have replaced it.

Thanks that was also helpful. I just ordered the belt. Well so far I got F&R brakes, trans fluid (the correct type) and the drive belt. I am not clear on some stuff but they are like 89 cents a part so I will get them at the dealer plus the diff fluids. What about the transfer case?? What fluid is that?
Also any power steering fluid do?

I use Amsoil and highly recommend it. Here is a link to the Amsoil web site that has the recommendations for the Amsoil products and the quantity needed. I based this on my 2004 GX470 because i didn't see you post the year of your truck.

T fluid and F/R/ brakes should be here today.
my brakes have kind of keep crying allot so gonna get this done and my engine oil changed asap. I am missing little parts for the trans and differentials it seems so I have to get those. Those metal rings.

Wow so much done today on the GX.
- iPod integration adapter (finally figured it out)
- Engine Oil
- Transmission Drain and Fill
- Front and Rear Differential Fluids
- Transfer Case Fluids
- Drive belt.
- filled air into the spare tire. It was at 24psi. Annoying tire pressure light gone yay!
Could not find my lug nut key so no brakes today. But looking at the rotors the fronts need to get changed
Mo Money! But my Mechanic buddy did all the work listed but for the iPod that I did for $60
So next week is Brakes/Rotors and the CV boot replacement. Very happy with today's outcome.

PS: I dunno if it's really possible to tell and could be my imagination but the car seems to ride so much more smoothly. If so my fluids were in bad shape. Well they were actually. My tranny fluid was NOT red at all! My transfer case and both diffs were really dark to.
But my Mechanic pointed out that there was no sign of abuse and for a car going on 109K miles it's in great shape.

Where would the sticker be if it was done? Any photo for reference?
Is it a Lexus dealer thing? If the timing belt was done at another garage or the Toyota dealer, would they put on a sticker too?

can you verify if the 90K service was done? check your engine to see if there is a sticker indicating that the timing belt was replaced. if not, you should absolutely get that replaced and I would do water pump and thermostat while you are at it. if you are doing the diffs you should also do the transfer case and check for any leaks.
