Hello. I see this post is pretty old but I think I'm going through the same problem. I was given a 06 gs300 from my step parents. It was my brother but he just passed and I know have to get it together to pass inspection. The seat belt/air bag is on and I've actually seen the white wire from the seat belt area and it isn't connected to anything.
