LC120 Wheel upgrade inputs

Hi,
Have an LC120/Prado that's currently on 20x8.5" wheels with +20 offset and 265/50r20 tires.

Happened by my tire dealer here in the Philippines and got this served as an appetizer:

It's a 22x9" wheel with +12 offset and 305/40r20 tires. It does make the 20s look small in comparison:

I just find 305/40 to have quite a bulge.

Any suggestions on the right size of tire? Or should I just stick with my 20s?
