Thanks Chip H. for commenting.
As of Sunday afternoon, after taking the GX for a drive, the windows and seat memory function began to work. I double-checked the reset on the two windows that were not functioning to be sure and they all worked flawlessly (as did the seat memory function).
I wonder if it took several ignition cycles to come back to life. Whatever the cure, I'm a happy camper.

Thank God for this thread!
This sticky was a lifesaver! I thought I was going to have to take it to the dealer after replacing the battery by myself. Alternatively, a lot of places will power the vehicle through the diagnostic port while swapping batteries, which saves you this trouble.

I did this today after replacing the battery. It worked like. Charm except for rear passenger side window. It rolled down but won’t roll back up. Any suggestions on why it didn’t work on 1 window?

First... is the drivers master switch flashing the little green light on the rear pass switch?
Second... does it roll down or up from the drivers master switch or the passenger back switch?
Try these...
-Try again.
-unplug rear switch and try again
if they don’t work.. you probably need a master window switch..$20–$55 on amazon or Ebay.
But I’d guess you didn’t roll the window down and up properl.
hold the button on the passenger rear door down for 2seconds then hold up till the window is fully up and continue holding for 3 seconds.

I already had one window not working, so had no idea why others quit when I replaced the driver switches. I’d had the battery disconnected doing the timing belt
Glad I found this post. Thanks!
