There is only a nipple on the bottom of the airbag, the nipple does not look like the "keyhole". The manual does say to turn it 90° when removing but not re-installing. It has to do with the airlines.

The airbag is help in place by an upper "L" shaped clip and you cannot turn the airbag 90° when the airlines are attached to it.

When I replaced my rear shocks and put the rear frame on jack stands and lowered the rear axle VIA the diff to make it easier to install them, I saw the airbag pins come out of the holes a little bit. I made sure if they came all the way out to put them back in before lowering the GX so I don't damage the bags.

Someone on here just had that happen a month or two ago. They were getting work done on their GX and when the shop lowered it back down to the ground the airbag pin was not seated in the "keyhole" and the airbag was damaged.

Well, ended up paying for the parts and they ate the labor. Correct, there is only a clip at the top, but nothing on the bottom. I'm not sure if both of them had a slow leak or the entire system did and caused them to deflate and when lifted, they popped out.
Lexus needs to change that design and definitely put an R clip or something on the bottom.

Radiator done
Air suspension done
Air Pump replaced - done, will post in a separate thread with some pics, hopefully it can help others, especially since the overall cost is about $2500 in parts and then labor, potentially a total of $3500.
I did the job for $200 for the pump and the 3 gaskets - 2 intake and one throttle body.

If that ever happens to my GX (knock on wood) I'd definitely be ripping out the air system and replace the airbags w/ coil springs.

Hey Burny, I did, took me about 6 totals across 2 days, mainly because of working on an SUV and height, my back, short legs and arms issue

Finalizing a write up in Word that I will post later today or tomorrow. Pretty straightforward.

Thanks RCsGX, couldn't have gotten through this without you, Alan553 and Fantic. Much appreciated.
