I have a 07 GX 470. I looked into this while I was getting the junk out that was blocking the doors from opening on my center console when I noticed the light. I looked into replacing it and found this the p/n is 81206-51020 and here’s the link https://parts.lexusstevenscreek.com/...bC12OC1nYXM%3D
To access the light you need to pop off the rear A/C panel.
