Lexus is offering the GX470 with the V8 how hard or how long before their is a GX400, that one having the 4Liter 245hp V6, almost every other make offers their vehicles with 2 engine options, just thinking about it cause who knows how many people want one with a V6 and pass it over, would also bring the price down, more customers not everyone wants a big engine "sort of"

i dont think they'd offer a v6, they proly would want one to go to a 4 runner for a v6 or a rx.. with the rx if you want a v6 the new rx would be a better idea then the gx

I agree with Kash...there is no way the GX will have the V6. That will put it into too close company with the upcoming RX330.

OK so the truck will start to overlap the RX330 in price but they are 2 different vehicles and the current RX already overlaps the Highlander

Saw the new RX looks like it will compete head to head with the FX35

If they add another engine choice I would think it would be a bigger engine, or a supercharged engine. Something in the area of 300hp. Either a larger displacement or higher performance to compete with the other SUV's out there.

I definitely don't think you'll see the GX in a V6. BTW it's ok if the RX overlaps with the highlander as one is Lexus the other is Toyota. The two companies will overlap this way until the end of time.

It easy for them to Supercharge it cause the SC is already out, but I would like to see a V8 RX
