Aux input - 05 GX w/o Navi
This won't work on a 2005 GX without navigation, will it?

Scosche AXUTA98. From what I can tell, it plugs in where a CD changer output would be. And since we have an in-dash CD changer, I think this means we don't have a CD changer output?

My advice would be to call Crutchfield. They sell some Scosche products. Maybe they can help. There doesn't seem to be much tech info about the AXUTA98 anywhere.

From what I've seen around the forum, VAIS tech has good products and may be able to help you out. They weren't on their live chat the other day when I tried (even though it said they were online), but I spoke to someone on the phone and they answered my questions in 2 minutes.
From what I remember, you don't have to have navi and your CD player will still work. They should be able to tell you for sure what product will work on your car and whether it will affect your player.
