Question New owner...experiencing a very strange issue. Please help!

Hi guys, just purchased a 2006 Lexus gx470. i loved the car until i noticed when i have all my windows and moonroof closed i feel a weird pressure in my ears which in turn gives me a headache. i am not experiencing "wind buffeting" but what i am experiencing is called "Pressure Buffeting" Has anyone experience this? if so, how did you get the issue resolved. i have owned several vehicles and i have never experienced anything like this. I don't drive the car as much because of this issue, i opt for my wife's car. i would like to fix this issue so i can enjoy the car.
I have been reading up on the forum for a while now. i purchased the vehicle based on my research on the forum. Thanks for the help guys! i appreciate it.

Thanks Burny! Could you explain a little further? Do you mean I have the air recirculate from outside or inside because I do have the outside air recirculation button lit even though my climate control is off.

Try both ways and see if that relieves it

Thanks Burny! Will try that. One more question: Do I do it with the climate on or off? I appreciate your input. Thanks a bunch!

I would try it off. I notice how air tight the cabin is when it rains and I have it on recirculate. Once I allow fresh air in, the windows quickly clear.

Has the vehicle ever been rear-ended? There's a vent under the rear bumper that lets air out, and if it were damaged and not replaced, the cabin could be "too" airtight.

I have no idea. The Carfax states that the vehicle hasn't been in any accident. I will check on that as well. Thanks.
