The upper/outer projector is the low beams, inner/lower projector is high beams, amber is turn signal and DRL, and there's a "city light" In the housing as well. Using the amber for DRL is a great idea, saves your low/high beam bulbs from wear as DRL's generally run them at a lower voltage than normal.
Off is headlights & parking lights off / DRLs on

If it's daytime, auto will give you headlights/parking lights off / DRLs on, at least that's how mine works. No idea if there's any US/Canada differences in this respect.

Well yeah, AUTO means they automatically comes on whens it starts to get dark...I thought that was automatically (pun intended) known.
