Bluetooth Streaming
Hello,
I just installed Bluetooth Audio streaming in my 06 GX470 with nav. I bought the YATOUR Bluetooth adapter from Amazon, I think I paid $75.00. All I had to do was unplug my CD Changer (which I do not use) and plug in the small receiver box. I hid the box easily behind the ash tray. It took less than 5 minutes and works great. I had no idea how good the Mark Levinson system could sound.

I have the bt45-toy and it works great. Connection is instant and call quality and sound quality are good. The volume differential between sources/calls is a little annoying (always adjusting volume ****) but the instant connections and responses to siri are worth it.
Does anyone know how to get the song info to display on the 2006 gx though? Supposedly it should but it doesn't on my screen. It makes every song a generic track number.

Just bought one of these and it is flawless. I've had internal bluetooth in cars before, and this one connects faster and is consistent every time. The audio quality was just ok, but I used an aux cable to go from the unit into my car, and the quality is much improved. Plus it has a fast charger. Great deal for only $12.79

I have an 08 and use the factory bluetooth for phone calls. For audio I got this one that plugs into the Aux for $16 at Amazon

Now I’ve noticed that I cannot connect to any other phones with it. The instructions say to hold the “radio fast forward button >> for 5 seconds”, but I don’t have that button??
if somebody could tell me what I’m missing then I might change my opinion on this unit.

Do you have the RES on the rear? I was told by chrutfield it will not work if I have the RES. I have to purchase some extra wire harness. I have an 04 with Nav and RES(which never been use)

I did not install bluetooth, but just bought ONN bluetooth neadphones, which work great, they sound great, they fit my ear, I can hear the music perfectly and I can freely listen to the radio through headphones and walk without fear that they will fall out. I found a good site on the Internet treethugger.com where after looking at the review I chose these headphones. I liked their design and low price.

Gta car kits bluetooth kit
Recently purchased an 05 GX470 and was looking into installing a Bluetooth audio receiver. I came across this product on YouTube and seems fantastic and easy to install. Does anyone have any experience with this product or has heard anything about it?
