What it seems like is an aluminum washer for the transfer case, which is also made of aluminum?
Correct. Here in the DC area the old number has been superseded by the A0003 number for T case posted above.

Both front and rear diffs and transfer case fluid serviced today with Mobil 1 LS 75w-90. Toyota makes it really easy to DIY compared to my beater Jeep.

Cool do you think can be done without jacking up the car?

I have 4 low ramps that raises the truck 2" at each wheel

Got my gaskets so ready to do mine as well

How skinny are you/how low is your creeper? It's going to be tough to do without jacking it up, there's just not a lot of room under there. Especially some of the angle you need to hit when refilling. Save yourself the grief and just put it up on jackstands, makes it a much nicer experience. Only takes 5 minutes, and will likely save you 1/2 hour or more.

I see, I always have trouble getting the truck level but I guess I don't need the wheels really to come off the ground.

I hate jacking up a suv to rotate tires due to the long throw in the suspension it is not like a sports car that the wheels just comes off the ground easily

It can be done without jacking up the truck but raising it up a few inches will make your job much easier. My driveway is sloped. I parked head down the slope with the front on ramps about 6" high. The truck was now level. When working on the rear diff, the spare tire can get in the way. I simply use my floor jack with a hockey puck to lift the tail slightly bottom side of the tow hitch. This lifted the body and spare tire up (rear wheels still on the ground) and gave me lots of room to work with the rear diff fill plug. Hope that helps. Happy wrenching.

I jack from the front crossmember, and put jackstands under the front framerails, then from the rear diff and put jackstands under the rear axle near the ends. Takes 5 min tops, but you do need a decent jack, and some 6 ton jackstands.
