I dropped my car off at IRA Lexus in Bedford New Hampshire on Monday at 10:15am.
Car was ready for pick up next day by 9:30am.
They did a great job, dash matches perfectly and car was nice and clean.
Very happy to have the new dash!
I live about three hours away and Lexus even provided a loaner at no charge.
They ( LEXUS ) will definitely have have my business again in the future.
My vehicle is a 2004 so that is very good of them.

Hey Auburn - Glad it worked out well. I've an 03 and the dashboard is a cracking. Was this replaced for free or did you purchase a new dash. If so, what was the cost?

 

The dash was replaced for free!
Dash pad and labor were absolutely no cost.
They even gave me a new Lexus for a loaner car for free as well.
