New 2008 gx470 owner
Purchased a 2008 GX470 blizzard white pearl/grey interior combo with 80500 miles. Been in search for this color combo in a good condition for awhile. The vehicle does have a navigation, rear back up camera and mark levinson. Heres a list of modes im thinking of doing:
1. Weathertech floor mats (on the way)
2. Hid kit for the low beam and fog light
3. 18" bfd wheel (cant stand looking at the factory chrome wheels)
4. Led lightings
5. Roof spoiler
I've been a member for awhile now, (06 is250 owner). Glad to be a part of the gx thread as well as the is thread.

@sir_ian80 - Congratulations on your new vehicle. Let me know if you have any questions about the H11 Xtreme Hid kit for your vehicle. Most of our GX customers either go with the 4300k or 5000k color temperature for the whitest possible output.

Thank you blackcat81, angelslex and Steve. I really like the darker red wood trim on the 08 compared to the lighter colors on the older model.
Steve, i did my homework and decided to order the h11 extreme hid, h3 volt hid and couple pairs of the 194 philips led.

Nice. We have the birdseye wood color (more yellow than red) but the same leather color and it wears really, really well and never looks dirty. Are you going to add the rear spoiler? IMO these trucks look a little naked out back without 'em. Good to see you got the clear (turn signal) lenses on the back as well - I had to buy those as I have an '07 - but makes a big diff visually.
Will look forward to seeing your wheels in it. I'm still rocking the OEM alloys (painted not chromed) and getting REALLY tired of them haha...
Last: would advise filming your headlights as they go hazy pretty quick at this age and if the front-end paint is still in great shape putting some film up there too (as ours has been a rock magnet).
