I'm not sure if there is some before the muffler.

Thanks, I just noticed that my local shop welded my tail pipe to the frame with a metal bracket. It's the section of the resonator delete. I'm worried that it's not good but they reassured me, and so did two other places, that it's okay because it's so far back from the engine. Should I cut it and hang one with rubber or is it okay?

While it's a crappy way to do an exhaust repair, and a professional exhaust shop should never do crappy work like that, being that far back it will be fine.
