2004 GX 470 - Air Servo Issue (maybe???)

So I have read through all of the different threads on DIY air servo replacement and / or diagnosis...and I wanted to see if I could get some additional help.
On my wife's GX, the passenger side is blowing cold but the driver's side never cools.
I pulled the floorboards on both sides, and all three servos seem to be operating correctly. The air mode seems correct in that it blows vent until you put it on "max heat" and then it kicks to the floor vents.
On both sides, when I turn up the temperature, the air blows hot, but when you turn it down to "max cold" only the passenger side blows freezing cold. The driver's side just blows (what seems like) the air outside.
Was hoping someone out there might have a different idea of a direction I should go. Could it still be one of the servos? Am I missing something obvious?
Thanks, in advance, for the help.

Mine did this same thing and come to find out, it was low on refrigerant. You'll have to inject dye into the system and find the leak or have a shop do it. Hopefully, it's something easy, like a schrader valve, an o-ring, etc. and not something like one of the evaporators. Ugh.

Did you check servo on the driver's side? Maybe it gets stuck half way and doesn't open the flap all the way for ac.
I have a similar issue but it only blows hot/cold on passenger and outdoor air on drivers. But I think in my case previous mechanic messed up when fixing it.

Check the refrigerant levels at an A/C shop. It's common for low levels to cause the driver's side to be a little warm.
