I stow the manual and trash bags back there, but there's an awesome homemade fold down tray that I've seen that's about a 11 on a 10pt scale. I'll go and find the pic now...

Did't find the one I was looking for, but here's a few in the meantime to wet your whistle...

(The one that I'm looking for is a small-ish wooden folding tray to cut limes for cocktails!)
