No Crack Dash Board

Yup, 35%. I have a chip in the glass so it's getting replaced. I'm going to go with ceramic tint next time around. I had my Infiniti windshield done at 20%, but it was too dark. IMO, 35% is perfect. Actually helps at night as it reduces incoming headlight glare drastically.
What's it gonna cost for a new shield ?

The percentage of the tint. It's free, I have glass coverage on my insurance. Cracked/chipped windshields are common in Arizona. This will be its 3rd one in 3 years. I have a glass guy that gets me pilkington windshields. (The OE manufacturer)
The windshield is tinted out of the car and then installed.

I do want a new shield as mine is marked up from Arizona roads and I am willing to pay $250 , that's really cheap

I specifically asked for windshield coverage. You may have it with your insurance just by default. I otherwise have a $1000 deductible on collision insurance.

Back on 5/30 of last year I posted that the dealer said no problem replacing the cracked dashboard but it would take awhile for it to come in, possibly 6 months or so and that I would get a call when it came in. I texted the Rep today for a status update and is now claiming ignorance and responded back he knew nothing about it and I would have had to go to corporate for something like that. Needless to say I was furious (and still am) that he was in essence calling me a liar I was under the impression the warranty for this problem was extended to 5/30 of last year and did make the request prior to that date. does anyone feel I have any recourse for something like this? I'm getting the impression that corporate is not very responsive about this any longer, would I be better off making a NHTS safety complaint instead?
