I broke this when I replaced the backup lights (lesson here: Don't change these bulbs unless one is burned out) Turns out that color -B0 is no longer in the Lexus part system. You can get -B1 which is a slightly different color gray (and the ivory color -A0) but -B1 is not even a close color match to -B0
So I ordered one from Japan from Amayama Trading Company, who says the same part was used in a JDM car as a "HANDLE, INDOOR"
If they can get one (they claim a 86% chance) I'll have it in about two weeks. There are options for getting parts for these older vehicles, but they're not as easy as going to your dealer.
