My 07 GX470 has been losing clips over time. These are the plastic clips that hold the plastic engine. I wonder if anyone here has found a better solution for this. The factory clips seem to be a bit unreliable.
If you're talking about the ones that hold the radiator trim on, those are p/n 9046708217 and you can get them from Amazon for about $12 for qty 10 (you need 12 of them)
If you're talking about the ones that hold the sound deadener panels on, those are p/n 9046707117 and can get them from Amazon for $9.50 for qty 20 (you need 5 of them)
There's also the screw-on plastic connectors at the back of the deadener panels, those are p/n 9046706155 and can get them from Amazon for $10 for qty 20 (you need 4 of them)
Chip, thx for the info! My 2005 is missing all the fasteners for the radiator cover, all the fasteners for the driver's side engine bay cover as well as nuts that go to the firewall, and some of the grill hardware.
Its almost like someone was working on it and lost all the hardware!
Thanks a ton Chip, I logged in today ready to search for exactly that info. As above, my 2005 only has one or two left. Everything is simply sitting in there loose.

I'm also looking for fasteners that screw on to screws for covers in the engine bay. the up top look like nut types? and bottom look like clips / Christmas tree ones?

They're $6.10 for 100 pieces on Ebay. I've used these and they work fine. Fit like factory. Stock up because these things tend to fray no matter where you bu them from.
