Default left rear sags when parked on a hill

2006 gx470, left rear air bag sags (all the way to the axle bumper) when parked on a none level surface. System doesn't appear to leak (it sags very quickly as soon as car is on a slope). When on level ground in the garage, system is perfectly level and holds air all night, no problem. Just replaced the left ride height control sensor and it did not fix the problem. No trouble codes on the ride height ECU, no flashing lights in the ride control indicators. I wonder if its the solenoid valves on the reservoir but can find very little info about those. Whats weird is if the slope runs left to right (left side of the car is higher than the right), the left rear air bag deflates. If the slope runs right to left, (the right side of the car is higher than the left) the left side still deflates. Any ideas???? Thank you very much

Sounds like you have a leaky left rear bag. It might not be obvious but when you flex the rubber, you expose the small cracks that form.

Thanks, I wondered about that. I also wonder if the right height sensor could be the culprit. I have the new one, so I will change that tomorrow. I will also park it on the hill and see if I can locate where the air is escaping.....either the bag or the exhaust valve

Height sensor won't cause the bag to deflate when the truck sits, sounds like you've got a leaky bag. You need to think about whether you want to repair the air suspension and hope something else doesn't break any time soon, or convert to rear coils.
