Oh wow you didn’t waste any time. It’s possible the pump is DOA. Have you verified the fuse is good?
BTW, was it tricky to get the top of the airbag to detach from the upper perch?

I got both of the airbag out. All the fuse are good. Took out the airbag is easy but don't think it easy to put it back in
I think the pump too.

That rubber block is the bump stop. p/n 48036 and 48306. They're cheap - around $40.

Update:
I replaced the airbag with the SunCore spring that cost $99.xx shipped.
It was easy to install them and don't need any tool.
My dad and I really like it.

Thank you all

Does this mean that the pump and height switch are working? if not i have a working set I'm getting ready to pull. Could be yours for the right price.

I’ve been searching everywhere.

Symptom: Nothing happens when I toggle between hi and low. I don’t hear any solinoids “clicking” or working at all. On the dash, it is stuck on “N”. Nothing is responding. Is something suppose to happen when in click the “off” button? Nothing happens when I push the off button either. Tomorrow is my day off and was hoping to dig deeper into this issue. I would REALLY appreciate the help. I was thinking about trying this but I wasn’t sure if it was the same method for my 2005 base (no nav) GX470

Should I try this?

Can someone please help me out on what to check?

Well Ifirst off. The car has to be in park (I believe) in order for it to go up and down. It will not move while in drive. When you turn your car on and put people in the back the compressor should come on to compensate for the extra load. Do you get any of that?

And I think your said you tested the voltage and the pump and the switch were getting voltage correct?

I'm no expert but that would make me think the pump is bad.

yes it’s safe. I had the unresponsive switch and tried the reset. It didn’t work right away but it started working the next morning. Don’t ask me why because I don’t know. I do know that it worked, eventually.

I’m taking apart the center console now. I can’t find a tutorial on this, if anyone has one it would be helpful. I am looking under the console and can see that somebody disconnected the harness. And wrapped electrical tape around it. Would anyone know why they would do this? Should I plug it back in? What the heck is going on? This makes sense because the center console lights have not been illuninating. So frustrating. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated !!

Scratch that!! I was wrong, I got the whole dash taken apart and there wasnt any tape on the harness plug. The SUV was recently at Lexus for the abs recall. I’m assuming the Lexus tech had this console apart and just forgot to plug this back in!! I plugged it back in and BOOM! Center console lights are back and everything is functioning!! What a relief!!!! Weeewwhooo!
