Default Brakes

About a month and a half ago I replaced my brakes and rotors. I replaced out the rotors and brakes with Raybestos 980160's and Akebono Performance ASP606 & ASP976. I'm not peddle anything here but the car stops on a dime and there is virtually no brake dust on the rims. The old brake pads were terrible compared to these Akebono's. They left brake dust all over the rotor and squeaked. This was my dad's car before he sold it to me and I couldn't believe how much he paid the dealer to have his rotors and pads replaced. These pads are awesome and I'm glad I didn't cheap out on them.

I've always bought Akebono pads for my Honda and Lexus, they've always been excellent pads.

My experiences with Akebono are the same. Great stuff! However the stopping power is 9/10 of stock pads.
