Default Does replacing bags solve it?

Don't want to hijack, think this is relevant to OP too:

Mine used to leak slowly (for years), but now all the air leaks out immediately (within seconds). Is fixing this possibly as simple as just replacing the bags and no other components? I was all set to switch to coils and go Full Off Road with my GX, but I gather the bags can be had for $100/each on Amazon? If so, that seems like a great short-term option so I can actually drive the thing while looking into an Off Road setup.

Typical cost to replace bags including install with an indy garage?

I had an ‘04 with 254K. Bags were original and system worked great. Hit and miss proposition. Like Allan said, I think weather and salt have an effect. I opened up the right side sensor this morning and it looked very good with no corrosion. I blew it out with air but it looked brand new. Three brass springs and some type of electronic board on top. And the rear height was working this morning again. But today I changed the timing belt and water pump and didn’t get a chance to check it out.
On another note, I had one stud leftover from the water pump and can’t figure out where it goes. Everything is back together except the fan and shroud. I debated on putting coolant in it and taking a chance. Decided to take it back apart and see what I did wrong. Can’t for the life of me figure out where the stud goes. Usually a stud is used because another part hangs on the stud. Everything looks complete. Any ideas ?

So today I decided to convert the rear air suspension to coil springs. The truck rides very good and doesn’t bottom out. I bought the Amazon Unity springs and upper isolator. One of the bags was bad and the other seemed ok. I am going to remove the compressor and all of the other peripheral items if anybody needs some parts. Just send me a message and I’ll get back to you. I think the sensors and linkage are good along with one airbag and the compressor.
