Default Iron remover on Pearl White GX470

Has anybody tried using iron remover on their white car? Saw several videos on youtube over the the weekend of detailers and DIY's spraying them on white cars, turning purple after removing embedded iron. Carpro iron x remover on amazon doesn't cost much and has excellent reviews.
Any experience? Good or bad?

Carpro Iron X is a very good product. I have a pearl white GX470 too, you'll have no issues.

I have not tried Carpro products yet. Just bought Meguiars Ultimate All Wheel Cleaner for $10.99. Will give it a try in a few days and report back.

That's also a very good wheel cleaner. You could actually use wheel cleaner as an iron remover on paint, does essentially the same thing for a lower price.

Thank you Eddie! That's what I've seen on Youtube from Scott with Paint Correction and Auto Detailing in Dallas, TX and from Pan The organizer. lol. I'm not a detailer, but just want to get my new (to me) GX470 to its best shape after the pain has been neglected by a prior owner.
Good luck everyone!

An update on using CarPro Iron X. Finally got the chance to use it today and oh boy did it turn purple. I used up almost the entire bottle. Almost every panel on my car has specks of purple.
Used the Meguire's all wheel cleaner on the wheels and did not really turn purple on the outside but the wheel well (deep portion) turn black and dark purple. The water runoff on the driveway was black and purple.

Thanks for pictures, Malmon!
I have used the Maguire's Ultimate All wheel cleaner and it gave similar results as you show with iron-x. I think it may be a cheaper option.
Best regards!

I will be doing this on my white rx400h. I hae TRI-X, which is made by carpro but combines iron-X with bug and tar remover. Still smells awful

Thanks for the tip. I still have a lot of the Maguire's cleaner left so I'll use that next time.
