Trd pro wheels on gx470

You still have this GX? How much do those tires poke out with FN Pro wheels? Any chance you can post a picture from the back view or front view? I’m thinking about putting these wheels on my 460 with 265/65r/17. Thanks!

If you're looking for a less expensive alternative, OE Wheels is a good place to start. They have an OEM 4Runner style that I paired with Bridgestone Revo 2’s. The wheels were $600 shipped and the tires were....well, not that cheap. I also added Lexus logos from eBay to finish them off. I also wanted TRD wheels but these are a nice alternative.

4-Runner wheel works too
I went with used 4-runner TRD wheels ($400 for all). They were basically new as the owner swapped them soon after new vehicle purchase. I also replaced the Toyota center badges with a Lexus badge I found on line. These wheels are very easy to clean.

where did you find the Lexus badges? What mm are they and how exactly did you remove the Toyota centers?

4 Runner TRD off road rims added!
It has all the information related to the new Lexus badges I found on eBay. EZ job, exact size as the Toyota badge. The only difference is the Toyota badge has clips and the Lexus badge sticks on (strong and tacky). They have been on for 1.5 years now. No issues.

I ordered stick-on Lexus badges for my black TRD Pro wheels from https://3dcarstickers.com/
He is/was located in Ukraine so I don't know if he's currently able to ship, but drop him a line.

Lift frt and rear
Love your setup. What was your overall lift front and using the Dobinson suspension?
QUOTE=NTH;11368311]The GX470 has airbags in the rear instead of coil springs. Even though they are super reliable, at these age either your airbags will leak or your sensors fail, or compressors fail. Since I was doing a complete suspension upgrade and doing a slight lift, I decided to delete the bags completely and never worry about them leaking. But you do not have to delete them to install coilovers. The coilovers is at the front. The rears are static springs. You select specific springs for your desired rear lift. My tire size is a +1 ( from 65 sidewall to 70 sidewall aspect ratio). You can run them at stock height no problem.[/QUOTE]
