05 Lexus GX470 Stutter/Surge/Hesitation/Hiccup

Hi, wondering if you ever figured out what the issue was with the subtle stuttering or hiccup with your 2005 GX470? I am considering a 2006 GX with 120k miles but on test drive I could also feel this hiccup or hesitation or stuttering. And if i watched closely I could see the RPM fall a bit and then go back up. Let me know if you figured out what it was and how costly it was? I'm stuttering/ hesitating/ hiccupping in going through with the purchase

Maybe dirty fuel injectors? Put some Lucas Oil Injector cleaner in the gas just for kicks? I put a bottle in a full tank every oil change just to keep it nice. Also feels like it is smoother and more power. There is a YouTube channel where they tested and confirmed it DOES improve cylinder compression.
