navigation screen

I have 2006 lexus gx470 and it has stock navigation /infotainment screen. the screen looks outdated. how and where can I get and install a more modern touchscreen? or can u fit gx460 screen on a gx470?

Those exist, but actually getting them working properly has been hit or miss...
