Our GX is two weeks old, and today, the front passenger door made a really funny noise when opening and closing. I looked at it, and the black plastic piece that goes into the door by the door hinges when opening and closing was loose... the screws were loose... how did this happen after 2 weeks???

Also, the driver's side seat makes a click noise right in the lumbar support area when starting/stopping or sitting back/leaning forward. Like when my back is pressed into the seat, it clicks, and when I slow down or lean forward, it clicks back. I've tried adjusting the lumbar support, but it didn't help. Anyone?

Well - the door screws were loosened by jealous Toureg owners who wish they had your re-sale value. The seat noise - that actually is from the lexus. It's angry about your posts on the toureg.

Mine has a weird creaking sound in the rear left door, like the doors in the haunted houses in movies. Hopefully it just needs some grease.Mine also has the creaky seats.

Check and make sure the nuts are tightened on that black plastic piece that moves in and out of the door as you open/close it.

I think we're going to ask the dealer about the creaky seat. It's really annoying in stop and go traffic.
