Hello All,

I have a question about my 2008 GX470's air suspension. The rear ride height lowers a little every-time i shut off the car and i can hear the air going out for a few secs, it's not substantial but i can hear the air going out.
I usually notice it more when i have passengers in the back and i lock the suv, i will check if it happens when i am driving alone too , but not sure.

Is this a leak or is this by design? I have never heard the air pumps running to bring the car up, does it have any sort of auto leveling?

please let me know your thoughts, other than that it's been super with very few issues.

its automatic height level, add weight, take weight out, the suspension responds, so yea, get out of the car, it rises up, triggers the height sensors, relaseses air to lower the truck

That's one way to test the system - get 3 big friends to get in & out of the car all at once. On entering, the pump should run. On exiting, the valve should open to release air.
