Not understanding your question. Need more input/info. What are you trying to find out, or accomplish?
To my understanding, they were all the same, with the exception of the 07+ models which the front/head unit, came with the ability to watch DVDs.

Mine is not working—spits out disc. I sent it in to United Radio and they said it wasn’t the original player— after market...they sent it back.
The one currently in my O6 GX is a Rosen DVD player. Wanted to verify it was after market, like they stated.

You can put your VIN into the Lexus Drivers website and get a list of Port or Factory Installed Equipment under Vehicle Specifications where the RSES is usually mentioned if it's factory.

In all years its mounted on the ceiling between the front and 2nd row. I think that it can be controlled from the nav screen in the front of the car as long as the car is stationary with the parking brake on. If yours in an 06 I think that the DVD changer should be in the center console next to your seat. I think 07 was the fist year with a 6 disc DVD changer in the glovebox

You have an aftermarket player. Try a local stereo shop.
