Access to two 10mm bolts holding console bracket.
Console removed
Access to two 10mm bolts holding cup tray.
Repaired cup holders
Gain access to the plastic cover my unzipping portion of the rear seat and remove cover w Phillips screwdriver. Unbolt console bracket with 10 mm socket. Remove console. Unzip end of console and remove two 10 mm bolts. Cupholder will slide out for examination. I kept working with mine and finally got the mechanism to work and it seems fine. Reinstalled in the vehicle. It was actually pretty simple. Reply
