Rear air springs - OEM vs aftermarket

Thanks for that tool advice Davenlei! Definitely going to look into that.
These are the bags I ordered: I'm hoping they are indeed OEM.

Holy s(()t! The air bags arrived today quite to my surprise! They are in Lexus/Toyota boxes with Toyota labels - sealed and appear to be genuine. So, I ordered the disconnect tools from Walmart a few days ago but won't see them 'til next week. What to do, what to do...

Nice! I hope you will have no problem replacing them. There is a small, thin metal thing(dunno how it's called, pin or something), that secures the bags at the top. I found it very hard to place back and secure the bags, cause there were not much space. May be someone knows and will write some tips here.

I bought these bags on Amazon (comes as a pair) and they have worked great so far for several thousand miles including a 6 hour drive to Yosemite and back fully loaded with five people and luggage filling the car to the brim. The ride feels the same as stock and the construction and rubber thickness seems to be the same as the OEM leaking ones I took out.

If you decide to do the job yourself, please do yourself a favor and buy this quick disconnect tool below. This was a life saver and made the job of disconnecting the air lines and reconnecting them easy (took me a minute max each).. Just for fun I tried to disconnect the second bag without using the tool and I was not able to do it after messing with it for 15 minutes. It was a total pain. So again, get this tool if you are doing it yourself.

The quick disconnect tool @Davenlei posted may help solve others time consuming problem. Maybe in the future, mine as well lol But yeah, someone else mentioned how to overcome that metal clip in order to disengage the bag from the body. I think I saw a video(I'll have to look for it) which helps visualize an alternative way to remove that.
Here's one of the videos I mentioned:

Awesome! Thanks for posting those vids, Rygar!
So, just for kicks, I thought I'd ask the Lexus dealer what labour would be for this job. They quoted me four hours!!
LIke, what are they doing in four hours?

Like anything commerce today:
Charge $2000 dollars to bring a car from Florida, to California. Thing is, the car carrier is also charging the next 4 cars the same amount of money for the same services, at the same time, for the same Route. To me it seems like they're all getting shafted lol

Done! Took less than two hours and would have been less had I had access to a vehicle lift as our pro’s and dealers have.
The small 1/4 inch plastic air hose tool was priceless. Connecting and disconnecting air lines was a non-issue.
‘I took the lines out with the bags as in the above videos. The old air spring connections were beyond rusted and looked ready to break off.
Total cost was just under $300 CDN. OEM air springs from Amazon and the air line tools from Wallyworld. Dealer would have charged me a minimum of 4 hours labor and $400 cdn each for the bags. Truck rides good, towing will be even better and saved a few bucks.
Thanks to all here who offered helpful suggestions, how-to vids and encouragement! Cheers!
Left air spring and line. Check out the rust!
