Default Gx470 Height Control and 2nd start

Hey everybody I own 05 Gx470 and I have 2 questions.

1. I love driving height in high mode. If i drive in high mode will it damage to my suspension? ( 4 mile, 15-20mph )
2. 2nd start mode starts car with more comfort. Can I leave it enabled? Will it damage to my transmission?

2nd start starts the truck moving in 2nd gear...used to avoid wheel spin under slippery conditions like snow. Don’t think it is detrimental to either engine or transmission.

Driving all the time in high mode may shorten the life of the airbags. With a 05, if you haven't already replaced them, you will soon.

High mode reverts to normal mode when you exceed a certain speed. To drive in "high mode" all the time, you'd need to adjust the rear height sensors to trick the rear suspension, but it will ride rougher, and may reduce the lifespan of the airbags.

2nd gear start simply bypasses 1st gear, it's not going to hurt anything.

No, it will not hurt anything riding in high mode all of the time.
It is designed to do so.

No, it isn't. It reverts back to Normal mode when you exceed a certain speed.

Hmm, I never tried that, I guess it could work.

I converted to springs and have never looked back.
