My 2009 Lexus GX470 battery keeps going dead after 3 - 4 days of sitting. I thought it was an older battery so I had it replaced with a brand new interstate 27F battery. Unfortunately it died again after some recent business travel for 3 days sitting unused in my garage.
After much reading I did my first parasitic draw test on my vehicle. I found that the fuse ECU-B is drawing roughly 230 MAh of current when the car is asleep. There are several connections that run through ECU-B, but I wanted to ask if anyone knows of any common culprit(s) that I should investigate first? auto mirrors, auto headlights, dome lights anything you all have had experience with draining your vehicle battery.
Lexus told me the normal current draw at rest for this vehicle is 50 mAh and should be able to sit unused for at least 2 weeks and still start up. So I am about 180-200 mAh draw more than i should be.
