My intake has a small lake of oil in it ! This explains why all the intake runners and head ports are sludgy. I did notice oil is being picked up from PCV, I just not sure if this is accumulation of 225kmi or it's a new issue under the valve cover, or possibly just some additional blow-by gases pushing oil into PCV. Beyond leak-down tests I guess a UOA looking for %fuel in the oil.

I need to find a small "catch can" that has inlet/outlet and I will route PCV through this can.

 

I will be installing this item (less the breather) to inline PCV to help keep oil out of the intake
