Default AC Compressor

While I'm at idle it sound like the ac compressor is coming on for a few seconds then turning off. I hear a click and the RPMs go p a few hundred. Is this normal for the GX?

Thank you!!

Do you have the rear A/C on?

1) Replace the AC "mag" relay.
2) Then, you need to check pressure & temps of the 134a.
3) If the system has never been vacuumed and re-filled, you should do that. Make sure they add back some oil.

I recommend doing all three, perhaps #3 a tad later if #1-2 gets it working for you.

Sometimes the compressor clutch cannot hold, but I don't hear too much of that.

Rear ac is off. Sorry for slow reply. I'll try those steps and see what happens.

Thank you!!!
