Power steering fluid level wasn't obviously low with all that leaking? Glad you found it regardless!

Thank you. It was a bit low but still a good amount in reservoir. I haven't been able to check if its solved because it is currently parked on a melting snowbank.

Looks like you could use some new splash guards as well once you get the job done. It’s fairly cheap, I paid like $45 for the 4 piece set + plastic fasteners.
