Question Loose Rear Fender Adjustment

Driver’s side rear fender is loose. I see there is one bolt and several plastic clips.

How is this removed without causing damage? It seems it can be pulled down and out, but I do not want to break anything. Can it be tightened in place without removing it?

It's usually not loose unless there are clips/screws missing.

What part of it is loose? The side near the body metal? The part by the cargo door? The part by the trailer hitch?

I am referring to the plastic trim piece around the top of the wheel. The part that flows into the rear door. I can add a picture soon.

And yes I agree, I would assume a clip or multiple clips are broken.

There's some 2-sided tape ($11), and a couple of large "clips" that are about $70-90 each.
The wheel flare itself seems to still be available in several colors. About $575 each.

Of course, these parts might be available for less at places like eBay - just watch out for counterfeits.

Thanks for the response. I will evaluate whether it’s worth purchasing clips after I see the issue. Do you know how to remove the wheel flare? I would appreciate some guidance.
